- There are Single Ear, Dual Ear and Over the Ear Headsets
- There are Corded and Cordless headset options
- Are you in noisy environment?
- A dual ear headset with noise-canceling mic may be a good choice
- If you don’t like “both ears” covered, you can go with a single ear headset with a noise-canceling mic
- Do you need to be mobile?
- A wireless headset solution may be a good choice. Typically wireless headsets allow you to roam 33ft-300ft depending on the model and wireless technology (Bluetooth Wireless Range: up to 33ft, 6.0 Dect or 1.9GHz Wireless Range: up to 300ft)

- Have a cordless home phone?
- Try a Plantronics CS55H
- Have a single line home phone?
- Switch to a Plantronics CalistoPro
- Have a single or multiline phone?
- Check Compatibility and try a CS55 or CS70N
- You spend most of your time on the telephone and don’t really need to be mobile.
- A corded headsets may be a good choice. Corded headsets are tried and true. Typically very durable and are work horses.
- Have a cordless home phone with a headset jack?
- Don’t recommend “corded” option – try the CS55H
- Have a single line corded home phone?
- Any Plantronics H-Series headset and Plantronics M22 Amplifier are compatible 95% of the time
- Have a single/multiline corded phone?
- Any Plantronics H-Series headset and Plantronics M22 Amplifier are compatible 95% of the time

- if your cell phone is Bluetooth enabled and your telephone is compatible with a Plantronics Headset:

- If your cell phone is Bluetooth enabled you can replace your existing single-line phone with the: Plantronics CalistoPro
- What if I want to return something?
- You have 30 Days from the date of invoice to request and RMA. Go to: http://hplc.calloneinc.com/tdc/index.cfm?p=returns
- Freight charges are NOT REFUNDABLE.
- My headsets not working. What do I do?
- Call 1-800-544-4660 - Plantronics offers Technical Assistance (24hr Support – Sunday 3pm- Friday 5pm (PST). Closed Saturdays and all major US Holidays.

- Can I get a replacement parts?
- Yes, you can typically replace ear cushions, mic screens, wireless headset batteries (except for Voyager 510), AC Adaptors, etc. Go to: http://hplc.calloneinc.com/tdc/index.cfm?p=view&CategoryID=8
- Do batteries have a warranty?
- Batteries and Accessories do not have a warranty except for a 15 Day Return/Exchange Policy.
- Warranty Information
We at Plantronics realize that customer satisfaction depends not only on how the product works out of the box, but how well it performs over time. We are so confident in the quality, reliability and dependability of our products that we offer a full two year warranty on all our commercial products and a one year warranty on all non-commercial products.
Scope
During the designated warranty period, Plantronics will replace products returned due to defects in materials and workmanship. No charge will be made for returned units of the commercial products which have "No Trouble Found."
Term
The warranty period lasts for 24 months on commercial products and 12 months for non-commercial products from the date of purchase.
Clearance Store
Products in the Clearance Store or that are designated as "Refurbished" are non-returnable. All sales are final.
Expedited Service for Commercial Products
We will ship a replacement product within one working day after we receive your returned product and have verified that your product is under warranty. To minimize the disruption to your operation, we'll ship the replacement via overnight air at our expense.
Continuing Coverage
All replacement products will continue under warranty for one year (or the balance of the original two year warranty period when applicable) - whichever is longest. Through this generous product warranty, we hope you will continue to be delighted with Plantronics, our products and our service.
