Note that this outlook error frequently occurs as your personal folder approaches the 2GB limit

In order to prevent this error from occurring you will need to delete unnecessary files from your personal folder. Note that hitting the 'delete' button alone does not remove files from your personal folder.

To completely remove a file, hold down the 'SHIFT-key' while hitting the 'DELETE' button. By doing this, your deleted file(s) will completely by-pass your deleted folder (which counts towards the final size of your personal folder.
