Packaging Guidelines
All Returns must be in the original manufacturer's packaging in brand new condition and include all packaging material. For example: instruction manual, inserts (Styrofoam), plastic bags, cords, batteries, battery cover, switch cover, ear pieces and unfilled warranty card. The manufacturer's boxes must not be written on or used as a shipping box. Please put the product in a separate box.
Damage During TransitIf damage occurred during transit, do not throw away the packaging. Contact the carrier for inspection and file a claim with them.
Electronics packaged in blister packs (the hard plastic that is heat sealed by the manufacturer) must be included in return box.
What Needs to be Included When Returning Product
When Returning the merchandise, you must:
Credit will be given only for items that Call One Inc. receives, inspects and finds to be in satisfactory condition. Please insure your shipment, to avoid complications.
All returns within 30 days of purchase should go to Call One - 800-749-3160.
All returns are subject to a minimum 25% restocking charge, unless otherwise specified by written authorization.
Returning Merchandise After 30 DaysReturns after 30 days of purchase should go through VXi's Customer Service at 800-742-8588.
